Melisa Pizzuti, owner and creator of Your Time Training, is a dynamic Personal Trainer, Health Coach and You Tube Partner who has personally lost 120lbs.   

Melisa is a Certified Elite Personal Trainer, Certified Transformation Specialist and Certified Nutrition Coach with further qualifications and certifications in kickboxing, group fitness and Women’s Self Defense. She has over 10 years of Personal and Group Training experience and 4 years of Martial Arts and competitive boxing training experience. Melisa takes pride in personally understand the physical and mental challenges associated with weight loss and healthy lifestyle commitments. She understands, knows what works, and knows how to push you to your personal limits and how to get results.
